Pharmacy Call Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to work remotely in a patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication duties
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting requiring prolonged desk sitting
