Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers for clinical programs
• Adhere to an assigned schedule and quality metrics while participating in staff meetings and development opportunities
• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to non-standard requests and problems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting
• 6+ months of experience in a medical setting
• 6+ months of medical terminology knowledge base
