Key Responsibilities

• Provides clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers for clinical programs
• Identifies areas for operational improvements and develops solutions to non-standard requests
• Participates in staff meetings and contributes to staff development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting
• 6+ months of experience in a medical setting
• 6+ months of experience with medical terminology knowledge base
