Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and managers for clinical programs
  • Complete approximately 600 administrative tasks per month and adhere to quality metrics
  • Support troubleshooting of member issues identified during outreach calls
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or healthcare setting
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 1+ years of call center experience
