Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-bound and out-bound calls for medication adherence and prescription refill reminders
• Provide clerical and administrative support to clinical staff and manage escalated inquiries
• Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives and assist in training new hires

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy/medical/healthcare setting
• 1+ years of administrative support experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
• 1+ years of call center experience
