Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Pharmacy Care Coordinator will resolve patient inquiries, assist with drug therapy issues, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and resolves patient inquiries within committed time frames
  • Promotes drug compliance and reports adverse events related to drug therapy
  • Coordinates responses and resolutions with internal and external parties
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service environment
  • Preferred education includes a two-year associate's degree in fields such as business administration or health sciences
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with initiative
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals within the organization
