Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Pharmacy Care - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a call center of 20+ associates focused on medication adherence
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and training programs
• Analyze call center metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 3+ years of call center experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare
• 2+ years of pharmacy or medical office experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
