Pharmacy Category Management Director

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time salaried Pharmacy Category Management Director will specialize in strategic sourcing and category management, overseeing supplier relationships and coordinating complex supply chain initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and train a team focused on supply chain initiatives for the Pharmacy Service Line
• Oversee the sourcing, contracting, and procure-to-pay processes while managing stakeholder relationships
• Develop multi-year business plans in collaboration with key stakeholders to align with supply chain objectives

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited institution
• Seven years of experience in supply chain sourcing or supplier management with a focus on complex analysis and project management
• Five years of direct experience in strategic sourcing or category management
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling applications
• Familiarity with Pharmacy pricing structures and healthcare strategic sourcing is highly preferred
