Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Claims Analyst for a fully remote position based in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, build, and maintain pharmacy benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide cross-functional support by communicating benefit decisions and participating in audits and process improvements
- Lead pharmacy benefit operations and projects, collaborating with management to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy/Rx claims experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required
- Experience using Pivot Tables and/or VLOOKUP's required
