Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Claims Analyst for a fully remote position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, build, and maintain pharmacy benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide cross-functional support by communicating benefit decisions and participating in audits and process improvements
  • Lead pharmacy benefit operations and projects, collaborating with management to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy/Rx claims experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required
  • Experience using Pivot Tables and/or VLOOKUP's required
