Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Communications Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage inbound pharmacy messages, assign owners, set priorities, and enforce SLAs
  • Draft and send outbound updates on order statuses, formulary changes, and policy reminders
  • Maintain real-time visibility by running daily queue health checks and coordinating feedback loops
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Customer Service Operations, Program Management, or Partner Success in a regulated setting
  • Experience managing ticket queues or shared inboxes with external partners
  • Proven track record of meeting SLAs while balancing empathy, compliance, and speed
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and familiarity with other PHI/PII frameworks
  • Located in the US or Canada with reliable broadband and overlap with Eastern hours
