Pharmacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support healthcare payer compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to federal and state regulations to ensure compliance of pharmacy content
• Review and approve pharmacy-related communications for compliance and accuracy
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to validate communication strategies and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years in lieu of a degree)
• 5 years of experience in a compliance or senior-level customer service role
• Deep understanding of CMS, URAC, and state pharmacy compliance standards
• Experience in auditing content for accuracy and compliance
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with legal and regulatory teams
