Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Compliance and Optimization Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Provide analytical support to enforce standards and best practices in pharmacy operations
• Conduct internal audits and develop recommendations for compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience in purchasing, data analysis, compliance, or healthcare
• Minimum of two (2) years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerQuery and advanced formulas
• Experience in analyzing compliance and operational performance
• No licensure or certification required
