Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Compliance and Optimization Analyst, responsible for enhancing the efficiency and compliance of the pharmacy enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze pharmacy operations to identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes
  • Provide analytical support to enforce standards and identify cost savings in drug utilization
  • Conduct internal audits and create reports to highlight trends and opportunities for operational improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with two years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with four years of related experience
  • 340B experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of two years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in purchasing, data analysis, compliance, or healthcare is required
