Pharmacy Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Consultant - Pharmacy to manage complex, large accounts within their Pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated book of business, providing proactive consultation on plan design, pricing, and vendor management
• Act as an expert within the Pharmacy practice, collaborating with internal SMEs and leading the RFP process
• Develop and deliver client presentations, reports, and maintain ongoing client relationships through meetings and events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmacy benefits industry, specifically with PBMs or health plans
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy benefits across multiple product lines
• Strong understanding of welfare benefits and compliance requirements
• Legal right to work in the United States and willingness to travel for client/vendor meetings
