Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end RFP process for employer pharmacy benefit programs, the remote Pharmacy RFP Consultant will coordinate evaluations, analyze data, and ensure precise execution of RFPs while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the entire PBM RFP process from launch through finalist selection
- Review and validate PBM response data, preparing comparison summaries to evaluate vendor proposals
- Distribute RFP materials and manage vendor communications throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits, PBM consulting, or RFP project coordination
- Familiarity with PBM pricing models, rebate structures, and performance guarantees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
