Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day interactions with pharmacy consultants and analytic vendors, the full-time Executive Advisor, Pharmacy Consultants Manager will drive strategic insights through data and reporting while strengthening partnerships to support business growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor-related activity tracking and high-volume communication, ensuring timely responses and effective execution
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide insights into vendor interactions and performance, translating data into actionable strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners, serving as a primary contact for inquiries and strategic discussions
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in vendor management, account management, operations, or a related role
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools, with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with experience building or interpreting reports and datasets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of communication
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams
