Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and healthcare providers
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers and navigate them through using company tools
- Research and resolve complex customer issues across multiple databases
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
- Ability to successfully complete Customer Service training classes
- Flexibility to work various shift schedules after training
