Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and healthcare providers
  • Contact care providers on behalf of customers and navigate them through using company tools
  • Research and resolve complex customer issues across multiple databases

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
  • Ability to successfully complete Customer Service training classes
  • Flexibility to work various shift schedules after training
