Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide support and assistance to patients regarding pharmacy-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, addressing questions and concerns
  • Assist with prescription refills, delivery status updates, and billing inquiries while maintaining accurate patient records
  • Document all patient interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or call center preferred
  • Experience in home healthcare or as a pharmacy/medical technician is helpful
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operating systems and customer relationship management systems is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information (HIPAA compliance)
