Job Summary

Providing remote support, the full-time Pharmacy Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, assist with prior authorization requests, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while focusing on member experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handles pharmacy-related calls from members, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring first call resolution
  • Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests and explains relevant policies to stakeholders
  • Maintains call quality standards and records interactions accurately in the pharmacy call tracking system
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently on special projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing effective relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
