Job Summary

Providing customer service to members of various benefit plans, the full-time Pharmacy Customer Service Representative will analyze caller needs and deliver timely, accurate responses regarding pharmacy benefits, eligibility, and claims in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries via phone and virtual platforms about pharmacy benefits and claims
  • Analyzes situations, communicates effectively, and resolves escalated issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of benefit information, regulations, and new drug releases
Required qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a pharmacy or insurance setting
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
