Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative who will handle inquiries related to pharmacy benefits and assist with prescription claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
  • Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to members and providers
  • Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and review claims for accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA or PBM contact center
