Pharmacy Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the pharmacy department's data needs, the full-time Pharmacy Data Analyst will design and implement reports and analyses, leveraging statistical techniques to provide actionable insights and meet regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and compile data from various sources to generate recurring and ad hoc reports
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop and document new reporting processes
• Create and implement analytics tools and dashboards to monitor and improve business performance

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience
• Proficiency in SQL with Azure Databricks
• Experience with Python and Excel for data summarization and reporting
• Knowledge of pharmacy data is preferred
