Pharmacy Data Analyst
Job Summary
As a strategic partner for pharmacy clients, the remote Principal Data Intelligence Analyst (Pharmacy Lead) will manage analytics resources, support client needs, and deliver high-value reporting solutions while leveraging strong pharmacy operations expertise and technical skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients and operational leaders, facilitating engagement and understanding of reporting needs
- Translate pharmacy workflows and operational challenges into actionable data and analytics requirements
- Lead strategic pharmacy analytics projects from concept through deployment, ensuring quality assurance and user support
Required qualifications:
- Ten (10) plus years of experience in pharmacy analytics, operations, or healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, processes, and performance measures
- Experience in facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and managing analytics delivery lifecycle
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
