Pharmacy Design Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting new client implementations and benefit changes, the full-time remote Pharmacy Design Consultant will leverage their expertise to ensure accurate benefit design and client satisfaction while managing consultative conversations with clients and Employee Benefit Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple client projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables
• Conduct thorough reviews of benefit design setups, including plan documents and claim file analysis
• Communicate benefit design information to internal stakeholders and lead discussions with clients regarding benefit setups

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefit implementation or pharmacy design
• Experience in employee benefits, with pharmacy experience as a plus
• Proven ability to provide client-focused solutions through critical thinking
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across all organizational levels
