Pharmacy Director, Clinical Leadership

Job Summary

Driving the clinical pharmacy Stars enterprise strategy, the full-time remote Director, Clinical Pharmacy Stars Performance will manage performance metrics, serve as a clinical subject matter expert, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance Medicare Advantage and Part D Star Ratings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance trajectory of clinical pharmacy Star measures, forecasting and translating analysis into actionable directives
• Serve as the authoritative clinical voice on pharmacy quality, tracking regulatory changes and leading collaboration with clinical leaders
• Design organization-wide strategies to achieve 5-Star performance, identifying innovative solutions to improve member healthcare journeys

Required qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent clinical degree with independent clinical judgment on medication management
• 7+ years of leadership experience in managed care or a health plan, specifically with Medicare Advantage and Part D quality programs
• Proven ability to generate insights and design targeted interventions based on advanced analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership impact and experience influencing outcomes across organizational levels
• Strong clinical diplomacy skills to engage and influence clinical leaders effectively
