Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Formulary and Medication Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage pharmacy operations, clinical programs, and vendor evaluations
• Oversee formulary management, policy development, and drug expenditure tracking
• Drive innovative solutions in medication management and develop strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy with 10 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management or a PharmD with 8 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of leadership experience in managing teams or complex projects
• Current pharmacy license may be required for some positions
• Experience in provider administered specialty drug management is preferred
• Background in custom formulary and drug policy management is advantageous
