Pharmacy Executive Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Pharmacy to lead and execute its pharmacy strategy across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive pharmacy strategy aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including formulary management and clinical pharmacy programs
• Build and lead a high-performing pharmacy team across clinical, operational, and strategic functions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy benefit management or health plan pharmacy operations
• Deep knowledge of PBM relationships, formulary management, and specialty pharmacy
• Proven ability to design and execute strategies that deliver clinical and financial outcomes
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent); active pharmacist license strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence and exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
