Pharmacy Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join their Specialty pharmacy team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with service and fulfillment workflow tasks, including printing labels and packing shipments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and procedures
• Support other areas as needed and participate in performance improvement processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college work preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience with patient accounts in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Understanding of insurance, prior authorization, and patient benefits strongly preferred
• Computer experience is mandatory
• Must be eligible for participation in all applicable State and Federal reimbursement programs
