Pharmacy Functional Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting pharmacy financial performance, the full-time remote Pharmacy Functional Analyst II will analyze financial data, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze pharmacy financial, contract, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Monitor and validate financial guarantees and performance measures for client arrangements
- Prepare reporting and documentation for audits and compliance reviews while partnering with analytics teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or 4 years in an operational role at level 2 or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
- Experience in pharmacy-related financials, medical rebates, or commercial pharmacy operations preferred
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
