Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role; 1+ years in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with adaptability to changing priorities
- High comfort level with digital platforms and internal systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Bilingual in Spanish required for specific roles
