Pharmacy Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end pharmacy setup requirements for new and existing clients, the full-time hourly Prescription (RX) Drug Implementation Coordinator will coordinate with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), track status updates, and act as the subject-matter expert for pharmacy benefits in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead implementation calls with PBM partners for new client pharmacy setups
• Coordinate pharmacy benefit changes for current clients, ensuring accurate setup of eligibility and claims files
• Provide status updates and resolve HelpDesk tickets related to pharmacy services

Required qualifications:

• Associates Degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working in a Pharmacy or Medical Setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
