Job Summary
The full-time remote Pharmacy Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding process for new pharmacy franchisees, ensuring compliance with Vital Care policies and regulatory standards while serving as the primary liaison throughout the onboarding phase.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new pharmacy franchisees
- Coordinate weekly cross-functional calls to oversee onboarding progress and ensure alignment with timelines
- Guide franchisees through regulatory processes, including obtaining necessary licenses and meeting compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in infusion pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make independent decisions
