Pharmacy IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for pharmacy IT systems
• Analyze pharmacy claims processing logic and assist in system design related to pharmacy operations
• Develop test plans and perform quality assurance testing for pharmacy-related system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within healthcare or pharmacy IT environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Pharmacy, or related field
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management operations and terminology
• Familiarity with NCPDP standards and pharmacy claims processing
• Proficiency with MS Office, JIRA/Azure DevOps (ADO), and Visio
