Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for the Medicaid Drug Rebate teams, the full-time salaried Pharmacy Manager will oversee staff productivity, performance evaluations, and compliance while fostering a positive team environment in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage operations staff productivity and performance, including conducting performance reviews and evaluations
  • Monitor staff attendance and timekeeping for accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new operations staff
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) or more years managing office staff
  • Five (5) or more years of Medicaid Drug Rebate experience
  • Experience with PRIMS, SSRS Reports, and Process Manager Drug Rebate Solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize operational activities
