Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations for the Medicaid Drug Rebate teams, the full-time salaried Pharmacy Manager will oversee staff productivity, performance evaluations, and compliance while fostering a positive team environment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage operations staff productivity and performance, including conducting performance reviews and evaluations
- Monitor staff attendance and timekeeping for accuracy and compliance with policies
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new operations staff
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Two (2) or more years managing office staff
- Five (5) or more years of Medicaid Drug Rebate experience
- Experience with PRIMS, SSRS Reports, and Process Manager Drug Rebate Solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize operational activities
