Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Network Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the rebate program for PBM clients, including processing payments and tracking performance
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve rebate program performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, pharmacy, or healthcare administration)
• 4-5+ years of experience in PBM rebate management or a related field
• Proven track record in managing rebate programs and claims reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems including SQL or Python
• Master's degree and 7+ years of experience are considered a plus
