Pharmacy Network Contracting Director

Job Summary

Leading the negotiation and management of pharmacy network contracts, the full-time remote Pharmacy Network Contracting Director will oversee contract strategy, provider agreements, and financial outcomes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of pharmacy participation agreements across various provider segments, ensuring competitive and sustainable contract terms
• Develop and maintain strategic frameworks for contract standards and governance to support scalable negotiation practices
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex provider discussions and drive resolution of high-impact contract issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in PBM, healthcare plans, or pharmacy networks
• Demonstrated experience in provider contracting and contract strategy
• Strong understanding of pharmacy reimbursement and claims adjudication concepts
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams
