Pharmacy Network Provider Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Network Provider Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit pharmacies to join the network, negotiate contracts, and ensure a diverse range of pharmacy providers
• Manage contracts with pharmacy providers, review performance metrics, and implement changes in the adjudication platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy providers, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience in managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or a similar healthcare setting
• Familiarity with pharmacy pricing, networks, affiliations, and regulations
• Proficiency in using computer software, especially MS Excel
• Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
