Pharmacy Network Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy network, the full-time Pharmacy Network Specialist will manage pricing communications with pharmacies and regulatory agencies, develop expertise in claim adjudication processes, and collaborate across departments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain knowledge of Cervey and pharmacy networks and pricing
• Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy setup and pricing, addressing inquiries from the pharmacy help desk team
• Represent Operations on cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments

Required qualifications:

• High school education or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, training, or a related role within a PBM or retail pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Familiarity with pharmacy claim adjudication processes or NCPDP payer sheet details preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
