Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pharmacy customer service oversight, including quality reviews, metrics, and reporting
Assist with fraud, waste, and abuse investigations
Intake, manage, and resolve inquiries, issues, and audits from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years of experience with pharmacy claims and benefits
5 years of experience with pharmacy claim adjudication systems
3 years of experience in Medicare Advantage
7 years of professional experience in Pharmacy at a health plan or PBM
