Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into a centralized customer relationship management platform
  • Resolve patients' questions and concerns regarding their journey status
  • Enter detailed information into company software while conversing via telephone and maintain quality patient interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School education required
  • 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
