Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Retail Pharmacy Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of all system-owned retail pharmacies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service
  • Implement and monitor standardized workflows, inventory practices, and staffing models across sites
  • Develop and track operational budgets, revenue goals, and cost-saving opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • 7 years of retail pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site management or operations role
  • 3 years of experience in health system or hospital-owned retail pharmacy
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, third-party billing, and retail pharmacy KPIs
