Pharmacy Operations Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Leader to partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams while serving as an expert to pharmacy executives across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a pharmacy domain expert in enterprise sales meetings, supporting complex deals with large health systems and pharmacy organizations
• Lead or support conversations focused on 340B operations and/or intake and prior authorization workflow
• Collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy and support late-stage deal acceleration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, leadership, or consulting within large health systems or enterprise healthcare organizations
• Deep expertise in 340B programs and/or intake and authorization workflows
• Demonstrated ability to engage with Directors of Pharmacy, VPs, and Chief Pharmacy Officers
• Experience across multiple sites of care, including specialty pharmacy and infusion centers
• Exposure to SaaS platforms or digital transformation initiatives in pharmacy
