Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to personalized weight care, the remote Sr. Pharmacy Operations Manager will manage vendor relationships, oversee pharmacy cost and margin analysis, and collaborate on clinical and product partnerships while ensuring compliance and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio and lead business reviews against SLAs for performance metrics
• Build and maintain a pharmacy cost model, partnering with finance on the pharmacy P&L
• Collaborate with clinical ops on formulary updates and manage the operational side of the order-to-ship pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chain, with senior management experience preferred
• PharmD with clinical credibility and operational depth
• Proven track record in managing pharmacy vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical cost structures and the ability to build a pharmacy P&L model
• Experience in compounded pharmacy operations with knowledge of USP compliance and testing requirements
