Job Summary

Overseeing the performance of a multi-tiered pharmacy contact center operation, the full-time Senior Operations Manager, Pharmacy Services will manage Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring service levels, quality, compliance, and participant experience are met while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician teams to meet service level and compliance targets
  • Oversee workflow management across prescription transfers, verbal prescription intake, and escalated inquiries
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with licensing and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operations management experience in a contact center, pharmacy, or healthcare services environment
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or retail/mail-order pharmacy operations
  • Experience managing performance against service-level agreements and quality metrics
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy licensing requirements and compliance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy preferred
