Pharmacy Operations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Pharmacy Operations with Medicaid/PBM experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support for pharmacy delegated service activities and oversees designated lines of business
- Analyzes data to identify errors in pharmacy benefit execution and reviews protocols for compliance
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to implement and support pharmacy products and services
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
- Experience with data analysis and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a results-oriented work environment
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred
