Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations/Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises pharmacy call center and operations staff to ensure access to necessary prescription drugs
- Monitors daily operations and compliance with CMS regulations regarding call handling and staffing coverage
- Assists in data collection and reporting for compliance and program audits
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in health care, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of prescription drug products and medical/pharmacy terminology
- Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
- Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
