Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations/Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and supervises pharmacy call center and operations staff to ensure access to necessary prescription drugs
  • Monitors daily operations and compliance with CMS regulations regarding call handling and staffing coverage
  • Assists in data collection and reporting for compliance and program audits


Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in health care, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of prescription drug products and medical/pharmacy terminology
  • Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
  • Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
