Leading a multi-layered pharmacy operations team, the full-time salaried Pharmacy Operations Vice President will optimize workflows, enhance operational performance, and drive cultural initiatives while serving as a key representative to clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and culture of the pharmacy operations organization, managing direct reports and fostering a high-accountability environment
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements across workflows, eliminating non-value-added steps and enhancing productivity
- Independently lead strategic initiatives, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy benefit management, or a related operational domain

- Working fluency with operational systems and data, with the ability to identify errors and inefficiencies
- Experience collaborating with technology teams to define requirements and implement tooling or automation improvements
