Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Order Entry Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter prescription orders and patient information accurately
- Contact physician's office for refill authorization and clients for order verification
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard customer service
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician License and/or Certification
- General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Pharmacy data entry experience of at least one year
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology
