Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote medication adherence
• Collaborate with patients to identify and remove barriers to medication adherence and coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies for prescription refills
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in training to enhance pharmacy workflows and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing patient outreach
• Ability to work any shift between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, with potential evening and Saturday coverage
• Proficient with call center platforms and electronic health records (EHR) platforms
• Must have access to reliable high-speed internet connection
