Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth startup, the remote Pharmacy Outreach Specialist will identify and engage potential compounding pharmacy partners, manage outreach efforts, and maintain detailed records in the CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Research and build a targeted list of high-potential compounding pharmacies
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge
- Vet potential partners based on strict criteria and facilitate meetings for the internal partnerships team
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales
- Strong familiarity with US business culture and communication styles
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools
- Prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus
